14 Townhouses @ Brooklyn Designs
Here are two shots of the impressive 14 Townhouses on State Street, taken during the Brooklyn Designs house tour.The first floor had a double height dining area right by the Bulthaup kitchen. The second floor was the long living room while the third and fourth floors contained bedrooms.

yep, more apartments, but in this case, i think it's low income housing, a block east of the townhouses.
