First condo casualties of Bklyn House of Detention reopening?

Recent news of the reopening of the Brooklyn House of Detention on Atlantic has perhaps caused widespread worry among the housing owners in the immediate area. As blogged by brownstoner and curbed, this recent news may be causing some condominium owners in the area to get quite antsy.

One unit at the Boulevard East condominiums, purchased for $640K is now on the market at a healthy $825K by Stribling. This could be a nice little profit for the owner after less than a year of ownership. The unit measures in at 971 square feet. It is a corner unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the 7th floor.
