647 Washington units on market

When we found out that Corcoran was marketing new condominiums at 647 Washington, readers waited with bated breath to see what kind of units these would be. Well, we get out first glimpse today. 6 units have shown up on the Corcoran site, with sizes ranging from 865 square feet studios to 1,252 square feet 3 bedroom, 2 baths.

There are also a handful of duplex studios with rec space with 1,043 square feet.

Price range from $439K for the studios to $699K for the 3 bedrooms. These range from $508 psf to $558 psf. Apparently, Corcoran must be using the Washington Condos as comparables.

The floorplans on the corcoran site are not very clear. The units feature oak wood floors, imported Italian tiles and GE Profile and Frigidaire (booo!) appliances. There are also washer/dryer hookups and A/C units in each room.
