The Real Deal reports on the new development at 237 Cumberland Street in Fort Greene. There will be four units, with starting prices at $1.5mm. It will be marketed by Brooklyn Properties.

The four-story condominium will offer four three-bedroom units ranging from 1,800 square feet to 2,200 square feet for the duplex penthouse, the New York Post reported. Amenities include a landscaped garden and a waterfall, while a pool and fitness center will be available in the basement. Prices are expected to start at $1.5 million. it looks like corcoran will be marketing the new condos on St. Marks btwn washington and grand. No info on their website yet but a banner on the building has their name on it.
hi, do you have the scoop on the garage-like place next to Sushi D on dekalb and adelphi? it's been under construction, looks like it might be another restaurant? i've been meaning to poke my head in one of these times i walk by and ask- but haven't yet.

i finally stopped and asked- it's going to be a small bar. it looks like it's supposed to be a "swanky" type bar... not a dive bar.
