The condos at 675 Sackett between 4th and 5th Avenues were sold out a few years ago by Corcoran and possibly some other Brooklyn brokers. Now, as we often see, the first few resales are popping up on the market. Perhaps it is due to the 2 year rule, where you can take advantage of the $500K tax-free profit for a married couple after 2 years.Aguayo & Huebener has a 2 bedroom simplex listing while Elliman has the much snazzier one, a 2 bedroom penthouse with all the trimmings.
Peep the listing and the red kitchen we have attached above. There's 1,340 square feet inside and 490 square feet outside. Viking range, Subzero fridge and Miele dishwasher. Looks real nice. It may not float the minimalist's boat, but other younger types may find it endearing.

Actually, A&H was selling these, maybe with Corcoran as well. I went to the open house a few years back, pretty nice spaces.
I've been in other units in that building and nothing is as lux, as the $1.295M.
Looks like the owner has done a really good job renovating the place.
2 bdrm, with a deck, high end appliances and a top reno that i would be too lazy to do myself?
No muss, no fuss.
Convenience of living in a fat pad without have to do the reno work.
Its prob, worth it.
