Constructions starts at BAM condos

As noted in November 2005 here and reiterated today on brownstoner, a 28-story residential tower has begun to rise at 657 Fulton St and Ashland Place.

An in-the-know commenter on brownstoner has tipped us off to the name of the project-- the Forte Condo. At least the out-of-context-naysayers can't complain that the name isn't within context, as this project is rising right next to the BAM Harvey theater.
