Hobiscuit, of the snarky "Real Estate Romp" blog has her unit at 29 Tiffany Pl. on the market. Same apartment only Hobiscuit's is a few floors lower and 100,000 more. Guess which one I would buy?
nice apartment -- but doesn't really looked lived in. must have put a lot of stuff in storage to prepare for showings...(or else they just live a spartan existence)
