New condos in Prospect Heights/Crown Heights

The Brooklyn Eagle reports on a new construction condominium project at 532 St. John's Place, 2 short blocks to the Brooklyn Museum. The project's contractors are a Chinese company, Sun Sun Construction and the architects are Karen Jacobson Architects.

The project is unique in that it utilizes an existing red-brick building. The plans are for the top and side of the existing building to be clad in aluminum and glass. Pictures above show a rendering of the exterior and shots of the duplexes inside with double-height glass curtains.
