Aguayo has the listing for this corner residential/commercial space on Vanderbilt and Bergen St. in Prospect Heights. The first floor is the commercial space, which apparently can be converted into a residential space. This Sunday, the New York Times featured it in its' 'On the Market' section. It is a three-story brick building with three garage spaces connected in the back, along with a roof deck on top of the garage. The space also has two two-bedroom apartments. Asking price is $1.3MM. Taxes are $2,400 a year.

I know the current owners of the building on Vanderbilt and Bergen. The building has been beautifully and completely renovated, and is in excellent condition. It's a great deal for some lucky buyer.

nice looking building but view in back is fairly unsightly if one were going to live there.
