Vizz Vox opens new front in the FSBO market
A new front has opened in the FSBO market. Using Vizz Vox's paid service you can upload pictures and voiceovers to your own unit. Ostensibly marketed to the real estate broker, I'm not sure what's stopping some entrepreneurial seller from paying $99 to $149 to market their own house. I'm sure readers out there could find this useful and put and end to the 6% broker fees.

I agree! Brokers are generally not any better than the average homeowner!

A broker wouldn't be able to sell it in 6 months!!
Actually I know of another firm that has been providing ths service for about 2 years - won't plug them here.
This is something that is pretty easy to do (for free) on a PC with windows movie maker. I use it on my blog.
