660 Dean Condos hit the market
A block away from the current razing of buildings on Pacific, a developer has rehabbed a 4 story townhouse at 660 Dean Street into 5 condominium units, ranging in size from 1,080 to 1,560 square feet. The units are all 2 bedroom, 2 baths with a home office and are priced from $749K to $999K.
Heights Berkeley has the listings.
Whether these sell without price cuts remains to be seen. This end of the block is fairly industrial feeling and is across from a currently empty lot. The good thing is that buyers will be around the corner from the new yet-to-be-opened pizza joint, Cataldo's.
