The owner of the brick townhouses lining South Oxford and Cumberland south of Fulton is capitalizing on the popularity of the Fort Greene neighborhood by offering a 3 BR for $3200 a month.Albeit a huge apartment, at 1500 square feet, the owner also has their pulse on the market, by stating that they only want serious people making a minimum of $100K, ie yuppies only!

For some reason, I had thought that these buildings were affordable housing units that Ratner built in conjunction with the Atlantic Mall. Am I wrong?
they were. but that doesn't mean that some entrepreneurial owner can't rent it out at market-rate rents!!
