Here's a rendering of the new condos being built on Myrtle and Clermont. It's going to be a 6 story brick and concrete building being built by BRP Development, same company that did the Graham Condos.Labels: condos, fort greene

Fairly uninspired box, really. About as inoffensive as it can be, like a building in a suburban office complex.
