Forte Condos' trailer office

At the southwest corner of Ashland and Fulton, the Forte Condos marketing minds have designed an extremely colorful sales office. So much so, that blogger The Unemployment Cafe notices the diametric differences between reality and marketing.

For example,

Where are the photos of the pharmacy that has dusty boxes of old tampons? Or the photo of the the deli that never has any food but tons of beer and wine coolers? Also how come the Forte isn't showcasing that crappy discount store on Fulton? Where are the fighting, loud homeless guys who are my personal profanity laced alarm clock? More important, how could the Forte marketing team not include a picture of everybody's favorite place for some Thug Passion - Frank's?
Meanwhile, the no-longer-free Brooklyn Eagle points out that 65% of the units are less than $1MM, but fails to mention that monthly common charges are in excess of $1000 per month.

Thanks for visiting the Unemployment Cafe. I will keep posting about Forte's disconnect from Fort Greene reality.
