Pacific Blue now called Hello Living
It's official - the Washington Avenue corridor has turned the corner. Take a gander at the new website for what was once known as the Pacific Blue Condos. Judging from all the cute-sy Hello stickers plastered over the plywood fencing at the construction site, it looks like Aguayo & Huebener has hired a marketing mind never really seen before in real estate.
Hello Living, as this 'community' likes to call itself, is comprised of not 2, not 3, but 6 different buildings. Click around and you'll arrive at the website of the sponsor, Supreme Builders. The buildings themselves are named Madison, Hudson, Dakota, Sydney, Austin and Montana. Three of them are illustrated above. Click on the three above and you'll be greeted by renderings and a recent photo of the construction.
Prices start at $324K for studios. Each building has a different unit mix and different exclusive amenities.
Kudos to Aguayo for scoring this account. This extremely ambitious real estate project can only spell mo-money, mo-money, for all those lucky owners in the immediate area. And in truth, we might not realize it now, nor will most admit it, but this *thing* is BIG-- in all senses of the word. Big in size, big in number of unit, big for Prospect Heights, big for Brooklyn.

I agree, this is a big step forward for the neighborhood.
Anyone know when the first units are expected to be completed?
Do these people have any idea how dangerous this neighborhood is? One block east. Hello Mugging
sure, when you go east and walk down a street that is in a deserted manufacturing zone there is a greater chance of muggings.
However, with the addition of all of these new residents for this condo development plus the washington and others in the immediate area that will change.
Having lots of people around makes an area safer and this development will play a big role in changing the landscape of this neighborhood.
I live on this block I come home late at night from the c train and never have an issue with safety. This is great for prospect heights!!
Pacific Street huh...wonder if any of the buildings are scheduled to replace those burned by the arson plague of the past 2 years. http://nymag.com/realestate/features/21339/index1.html
