I spoke to the owners, Craig and Ben, last Saturday (they weren't open for dinner yet, just setting up) and they were extremely cool and really pretty funny. One of the guys still is the exec. chef at City Hall Restaurant and they both worked at Picholine (high priced yum). Ben worked in the South of France and Craig worked in Paris and someplace in Spain (I think he said just outside Barcelona) plus some other high profile places. I went back and had a hacked and stacked pork sandwich and fries (nicely priced yum yum yummy!!). I am definately going back. I think I'll up the ante and go for the ribs. I luuuv good ribs!

Ate there on Friday night and can say it will be a welcome addition to the neighborhood. The "Hack & Stack" sandwiches are great!
