Pacific Blue - true luxury development?

As each month passes, the project going on at 957 Pacific St in Crown Heights reveals a bit more about itself. Most recently, this project which will include a spa, posted up a banner on its' plywood front advertising their kitchen designer. Decor NY, located in Brooklyn, from the looks of its'
website, deals in Italian-style high-end kitchen cabinetry. Quite an upgrade from the boring, staid, banal cherrywood cabinets and absolute black granite countertops that are prevalent at so many developments these days. Including, regrettably, the units at the Washington Condos at 35 Underhill Avenue.

Why can't all developers/sponsors be as forward-thinking and progressive as the Supreme Developers?
