Is it me, or did they remove the U-Haul from Atlantic and 6th Avenue? Nolandgrab.org, the purveyor of all things Ratnerville, had nary a mention, nor did the rest of the blogosphere.

Yes, I rented a van on that UHaul branch's last day. The workers there told me that they were closing due to the stadium coming in.
DDDB tried to contact them many times to find out the deal but hard to reach anyone in the corporate structure who makes the decision to sell. But obviously they did indeed sell to Ratner.
