970 Kent Condos now also being marketed by Corcoran

Apparently the sponsors of the 970 Kent Condos were unhappy with the way the Developers Group was handling sales of the penthouse units there. Starting at 760K, buyers apparently spoke with their wallets and weren't really interested in paying over $700K for an apartment down the block from housing projects and more than a few blocks away from some decent subway options.

So if you go over to the corcoran site you will see that they have the listings for the rest of the penthouse units. Co-broke perhaps?
