675 Sackett - another overpriced condo

Here's one that we'll be trying to figure out for a few days. When we first reported the penthouse condo unit 405 at 675 Sackett St., it was going for $1.295MM. It never sold, eventually lowered to $1.249MM, 1.195MM and now $1.125MM. The condo was renovated with some modern and luxurious touchese, like a Wolf Stove, some fancy kitchen cabinetry and flooring.

Today, Corcoran has a listing (left) for a very similar unit, down to the floor plan and doesn't look renovated (nor cleaned by a maid for that matter) and the asking price is $1.275MM. This unit is apartment 403.

Let's see- the original was priced lower, has been on the market for at least 3 months and here we see a new unit asking more.
