BridgeView condos busted

When this showed up on our blog months ago, we were wary about how they were advertising it as being in DUMBO. Well, they're still doing it. The newly-redesigned website (still with a dearth of info) claims it is 'Near the [heart] of Dumbo'. Bridgeview Condos are slated for Summer 2007 occupancy.

Think Vinegar Hill, or the no-man's land by the Manhattan Bridge. Think plenty of rats...
