The ambitious Clinton Hill condo that might

Here's a cute 710 square foot condo at Clinton Ave between Greene and Gates that is asking a relatively gluttonous $455K. Maybe it was the recent NY Post article that deemed Clinton Hill the best value these days. Or maybe it was the recent sale of this Graham Condo unit. (As a side note, does anyone know what it sold for?)

At $455K, this is $640psf, which happens to be the same that the Graham Condo unit was priced at.
