Fulton Ferry condos - in distress?

The construction for the Fulton Ferry condos across from the River Cafe and Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory has been progessing at a snail's pace. Judging from the prices ($798K for 1219 square feet), these condos came to market probably sometime in late 2004, early 2005. Does anyone out there know anyone in contract?

Every few months when we go through Dumbo, we see these condos and there doesn't seem to be much change from the previous time.
