647 Washington Condos off market?
Has the Corcoran-marketed condos at 647 Washington been quietly taken off the market? It no longer appears on the new development page and there is only one unit in the Corcoran database. Anyone with news on this?

I have noticed the same thing but have not been able to find any other listing anywhere else. I also don't know why one unit would remain, it's kind of strange.
There's a very large sign in the window now saying that Bergen Basin Realty is handling the sales.
Their website has no info. Kind of a strange choice since they do not appear to specialize in this area at all and from the looks of their website they are not very internet focused. Not that that helped at all when Corcoran had the listings.
