Forte Condos - a view
This is what residents will look forward to in the next few years at the site of the Forte Condos on Ashland Place and Fulton Street -- 28 stories, 288 feet high, says the Fort Greene Courier. There will be 108 market-rate condos and retail on the ground floor.Although seen as out-of-context by some, othe defenders say 'it will utilize lighter colors to match the surrounding buildings.'
The developer bought the lot for $12MM, which means he will be making a fistful of dollars once all the units are sold.

Maybe you guys should take a break from attacking Robert Scarano and pause to do something about this: it is the most visually unappealing buildinh i've seen in ears. How can they let this happen in the heart of Brooklyn's cultural scene??? How?
i totally agree. this building is so out of context. it should be in Miami.
