The Washington Condos - DOB filings
According to city records, there were two jobs that were recently completed on the Washington Condos. See both of them here.
In addition, do we know what is going in on the ground floor. Was it supposed to be some type of medical condo? According to this, it might be 13 stores? I'm not sure if I'm reading them correctly.
There were two electrical applications and one of them says:
Building Used As: Z - Commercial/Residential (13 Stores, 0 Apartments)

One of the units on the ground floor does not have any paper over the windows and you can see right in to the apartment - its looking good.
so when do we close????
this builder obviously doesn't care ----at least he is paying interest for the delay and A@H cannot collect a dime of commission until we close!!!!!
