Toll Brothers does Brooklyn

America's largest homebuilder, Toll Brothers, has announced that it has plans for 5 sites in New York City to develop residential housing. The New York Times reported this today in its business section.

Of note and at left, one is right by the Gowanus Canal, on Bond Street between 2nd St and Carroll St, only two blocks away from the F train.

Two other sites in Brooklyn sandwich Douglaston Development's The Edge project. One is on Kent Ave at North 8th St. and the other is at 164 Kent Ave, by North 5th Street.
