More Crown Heights condos
Here are more Crown Heights condos going to market in the neighborhood. I faintly recall these being on St. Marks Ave between Grand and Classon or thereabouts. Forgive me--after a while, each auto-body-shop-laden block starts to look the same. These are on the Coldwell Banker site. They're going for $569K-$769K.This sturdy 3 bedroom, 3 bath weighs in at 1,247 square feet of living space and 3 separate outdoor spaces total over 800 square feet.

The link goes to a property that is called the Gravesend Condo and the listing is for a 2-BD at $489k. Is this the one you meant to link to?
Coldwell Banker Innovation in Park Slope does have the listing for a condo project on St. Marks btwn Classon and Grand (right near Classon). Those units are going for btwn $380-$415 or so. They look ok but not great and the block is kind of drab. I'm not sure what kind of success they've had in selling them, they've been on the market a few months now.
