1/7 of the 14 Townhomes
The 14 Townhomes project marketed by Corcoran has been lauded by the brownstoner.com set as contextual new development that fits in well with the nearby community. Let's see what they think of these two pictures.Two of the units' facades has been deemed ready for public consumption, as shown in these pictures. The other 12 are still shrouded in a white wrap.
The one on the left has the traditional brownstone feel. The one on the right seems to have a setback terrace on the third floor. It looks nice.

think these are looking alright. someone on brownstoner mentioned that the back is plain stucco. would have expected more for $2.6mm.
