Corcoran snags Boerum Heights project

The Boerum Heights building at State and Atlantic initially had its' own marketing team selling the units in a sales center, but apparently sales weren't progressing as planned. So what do you do? Hire the best, which would be Corcoran.

Corcoran now has several listings for the building on their site.

There's room for negotiation here, I would think. This area is a huge question mark and savvy buyers may do well to express interest, but not at those prices. Can we say glut of condos?
