Prospect Heights comes into its own
The NYT Real Estate section says that Prospect Heights is up and coming. It mentions the Washington, saying 'new construction projects already have many buyers, including the Washington at Washington Avenue and Dean Street, which will feature an interior Japanese Zen garden.'

funny that in other Times articles, Prospect Heights is blighted. OOPS, they better issue a retraction so that their buddy Ratner gets to tear down the neighborhood.
Sharp reading, anon! They should have been sitting on this article since 2002. What's the next NYT newsflash? That there are a lot of artists in Williamsburg?
What does that have to do with anything? I guess if you were so educated on the market in Prospect Heights you would have bought in 2002. Looks like you didn't and missed the train buddy...
