The Smith on Atlantic Ave hires Corcoran
Looks like the sales center at 75 Smith wasn't cutting it. We noticed that Corcoran now has the listings for The Smith. Or is it because Sunshine Group is now part of Corcoran/NRT/Cendant, etc?

I went into their sales station last week, just to check it out and say hi. Nice office - good presentation. But their realtors... the most miserable realtors I ever met. 2 guys, one who remained seated the entire time, the other popped his head out of the back room for 3 seconds. They were a blend of 30% bored, 40% angry, 25% ass, and 5% sad. Maybe melancholy is a better word.
At least its not corcoran, they suck...
huh? but it is being marketed by corcoran now.
