how is one to describe the scum that Ratner is? to start tearing down buildings and desecrate an area before his plans are even approved... i pray every day that this man has a stroke and lives the rest of his life paralyzed with his scowl on his face..

Escap.
no its not a done deal in anyway. the draft environmental impact statement is not even due out til mid march or later.

there are new laws being written on the federal and state level that will effect the use of eminent domain.
there will be lawsuits on the use of eminent domain. as well as the environmental issue. there is a turning political tide against ratner. and most of the public doesn't like the project either. done deal? far from it.
