BridgeView Tower Condos in DUMBO
A new condominium that's at the weird intersection of Fort Greene and Vinegar Hill has a great view on its' website that would make one think that it is in prime DUMBO territory. But, alas, it's not. It is almost right off the entrance to the Manhattan Bridge off of Flatbush. Take a look at its' location here. There are 62 units slated for this development.

It does not have much to offer except a few of the apartments have a nice view. Overpriced.
