When 70 Washington came on market, you couldn't pay your way to get an appointment to look at the new units. It looks like the J Condo is learning from Two Trees' mistakes. We just received an email from an Ellimann broker who is also advertising the J Condo units.

This is most likely a co-broker agreement, the likes of which were seen at 70 Washington a few months, after the hype had died down.
