The luxury condos we reported on earlier here and here have been given an unceremonious price drop by the developer. Originally asking $1.2, $1.3 and $1.5MM, they are now at $895K, $975K and $1.1MM.
Perhaps this will be the magic touch needed, much like when they reduced the price on the 242 Adelphi Condos. Soon after, 2 units went into contract.
