Update on the Greene House Condos

A regular reader who is in contract at the Greene House Condos has let us know that his closing date on his unit is September 21. Months back when I went to see them, Jerry Minsky mentioned March as the closing date, so this 6 month delay does not bode well for other condos in the Brooklyn area. But the kicker here is that his unit has no bathrooms or kitchen installed!

In other news, the medical condo space on the first two floors has been listed at $9MM.

For those interested in this development, take a look at this listing, but be forewarned that the stagers apparently are marketing this towards the octogenarian set-- note the gold-gilded framed pictures. Seems like Corcoran's staging budget for this project is diametrically counter to the condo prices.
