Any updates on the Washington Condos?

We're in the second week of August and the website is still nothing but a page-holder.

Anyone with credible news on open houses, model units, closing dates, marketing tactics, etc?

Please do write in.

Can't you just call your sales agent, or the sales office to put you in touch with the contractor? Demand some updates? That's what I did for our new-construction condo. Just seems quite painful to wait 6 months for a link-less website and send out random requests for (credible?) info from the masses.... You own a unit! You deserve some respect from the seller! You deserve answers! I hope you get something soon.

spoke to a&h the other day. 28 out of 39 are now sold. when i asked one of the principals about the website, she exclaimed, 'do you even need one?' (ie since 28/39 have sold with no marketing, who needs it). i think at this point, the website could very well be a moot point in their eyes. they are requesting a temporary c of o in 4 weeks. after that, it's up to the city whether they drag ass or step it up. she also said elevators are a non-issue for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors b/c you don't need an elevator permit for less than 5. they are looking to have an open house in the near future. looking towards a november close now, most likely.
