Greene House Condos update - 8 units left
This weekend's NYTimes Real Estate section had an ad from Corcoran that touted the fact that there are only 8 units left in the building. Perhaps their new website coincided with the recent run on units...perhaps a similarly detailed website for the Washington would do some good.
I believe before the new website premiered, there may have been 13 units left over.

There has always been 9 units left, at least for the past 6 months.
i just walked by the Greene Scene (is that what they're called?) condos on my Adelphi Street block- and saw the contractor out front, who I had chatted with a couple months ago. I was surprised to see him and his crew back there working again. He said all the units had been sold and they were doing a week of work from the a list of jobs the new owners we able to request. Anyway- I'm wondering why they're still listed on Corcoran if they've all sold?
lc, on the bklynproperties site, it does say 2 units available. so they at least sold 2 if not all 4...
