These units are just a block away from 475 Sterling Place, the other Crown Heights condos with walls of glass.

These apartments are just marginally in Crown Heights. It's just east of Washington Avenue. They are condos built by CPC Resources and marketed by Aguayo & Huebner. Clearly sales are slower than they had been planned. They are very well located with access to the bus, the subway the museum, the botanical gardens.
