Located diagonally across from Habana Outpost, IBEC Living is renting a 1 bedroom for $2250. If I recall correctly, two or three years ago, apartments were renting for about $1700-1800 in this apartment.

Here are two more rentals on Lafayette and Cumberland for $1300 and $1400.
