I recently looked at this apartment - crazy how rents have risen in the three years since i've been out of New York. I returned looking for a new apartment in my old neighborhood (fort greene) only to find the area flooded with owners like this who are bumping rents out of control.
beware - the owner plans to "restrict" use of the yard so that it is available to the DOWNSTAIRS tenant on her approval - makes you wonder why this couple didn't choose to live downstairs.
