New addition on Vanderbilt Avenue
A new 3-, 4-, or 5-story (take your pick) extension has risen on top of a retail storefront on Vanderbilt between Dean and Bergen Street.
Featuring two setback floors with terraces, this looks like a Bricolage-esque work.
Anyone know who's going to market these?

What an ugly building. It looks even worse in person.
The owner, NICK, who is Greek and was the former owner of the Dinner on the same corner has built his Grecian Palace !! and built it much with his own hands. Yes... I have witnessed this. I have a feeling he will be occupying the top two floors with the Gaudy Terraces!!
