Greene House unit resale

A 3 bedroom, 2 bath is listed at $1.199MM through a relatively unknown broker, TREGNY. It's 1,220 square feet. The brokerage has such little penetration into the Brooklyn market that the search function doesn't even allow for Brooklyn to be a choice...

How is the pricing on this unit? Is the building reaping $982.sqft?

I completely agree with $1.1 - would match what some of the last units sold for in the building at about $900 a square foot. Also in the range of what the 3 bedrooms in the other new buildings in the nabe are going to command - like 1 hanson, forte, etc.

$1.1 does sound fair. I think there is a true value in the Green House Condos, for a few reasons; the Manhattan views are unobstructed and protected, the building already exsists which means lower closing costs and you'll know exactly what your unit looks like.
