The Greene Scene condo at 242 Adelphi St. that was once at corcoran for $1.25MM is now being listed with Elliman for $1.195MM. What's the story behind this one?

At least, we think this is the same unit, unless 2 out of the 4 units are on the market barely 2 years after being sold...
