Pricey Adelphi St. condos
These condos at 82 Adelphi St in Fort Greene are being marketed by the Corcoran machine. Located a stone's throw from the BQE overpass, these units are asking a princely sum.570 square feet 1 bedrooms are asking $385K and 2 bedroom 1,002 square footers are asking $699K. At just a hair under $700 psf, I don't know anyone who's itching to get in the door here.
If these prime Fort Greene condos on Adelphi are having trouble selling, I don't see how these units will sell.

It doesnt surprise me that BP's Adelphi street condos are not selling. The layout seems sort of ridiculous. No windows in the living room? Kitchen with an island that butts right against the doors to the two micro-sized bedrooms. The only thing going for the se places is the location.
This building has not even opened yet. The first showing in Sunday.
