It looks like there's been a price cut at the 647 Washington condos as well. The small units that were $439 are now $399 and the larger $749 units are down to $699. It looks like everything was cut $40-$50k per unit.
Still not sure if anything is in contract.
The St. Mark's Lofts around the corner have 4 units in contract according to Corcoran - these are priced at $535-$560/ft.
