Graham Condo : FSBO out, Brooklyn Properties in?
One of the apartments in our Graham Condo two-pack may have left the ranks of the FSBO and headed straight to Brooklyn Properties. The FSBO had theirs listed at $755K, while Brooklyn Properties has it at $759K. Usually, the FSBO'r prices it conservatively, while the broker pumps it up a bit.Can someone let us know if this is the same apartment? I gather it must be, as the NY Times listing is no longer functioning.

15 months ago we passed on a unit in this building that eventually was price chopped to $599 before getting an accepted offer. shocked at this asking price.
that's cheap! from what i've seen past few sales have been in 600's and 700's. did you pass over a bargain?
