Tipping point on Washington Avenue?

Maybe. The school is leaving their space at the YWCA (old news). They are relocating to this site in PH as well as anothe rsite in Park Slope for the older kids. It is not a cheap day care but definitely a good one. I'm not sure what the new space looks like and it may not match the pool they used to have access to at the old Yw, but they are certainly in a great area near many cultural institutions.
I think anothe rplus for famliies in PH is that the International School of Brooklyn is moving to Vanderbilt Ave.
