This FRBO across the street from the Greene House Condos is asking $4000/month for a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath duplex. Add an extra $300 a month if you want to park your pricey whip in the private driveway.

This building has always been somewhat of a conundrum. From three years ago, we walked by a few times and it never seemed inhabited. Just a month ago we noticed scaffolding on the side.
